The Second Woman in my life!!!!!!

Shocking but true! Am not the kind to mince words. I say it as it is. So if I say there is a second woman in my life, I mean it!

Ok, ok, I can't hold it back anymore! This mystery woman is none other than my cute little 2.65 kg bundle of joy who made her presence felt in this world at exactly 3:57 pm!!! And yes, while I am still not expressing it and shouting it from the rooftops, I am ecstatic with pure unadulaterated joy!! :-)

I can't express the feeling when I cradled the tiny helpless little being in my arms for the very first time! I had a lump in my throat when I saw those perfectly formed contours - the eyes, the pursed lips, the fingers and well everything.

So there it is, out in the open, my "other" woman! Cheers!!!

Hello 2009!

Another year flashes by! Changes the lives of countless human beings, some for the better and some for the worse. And still times passes by - inexorably.

And it is our lot as human beings to make what we can out of it.

Enough of thinking and rationalizing. Enough of contemplating over what has been. Enough of new year resolutions that are broken within the first month of the year.

Its time to look ahead. Time to make a fresh start. Time to make our presence felt. Time to bring a smile onto the faces of those who haven't seen those many.

Simple things, small efforts. That's all it will take from so called "thinking" individuals like us. But the results will be there for everyone to see. A smile passing from one face to another. Travelling a whole sea of people - a literal revolution of happiness. That's my buzz word for 2009. A smile for everyone.
